There is nothing better than exploring Bogota by foot. This vibrant capital is loaded with raw graffiti, historic sites, hidden away restaurants and shops, art, food, culture and many more adventures. Many travellers who pass through Bogota rarely go past La Candelaria, Chapinero or La Zona Rosa but…… Bogota is a lot bigger than that and packed with many hidden gems that we’ve come to know over time by exploring, eating, spending and speaking with locals. If you’re interested in getting to know the city, get in touch with us for one of the following tours:
Free Walking Tour
Join us on our free walking tours of the city. The tour runs for approximately 2 hours and the route can vary depending on the group’s interests. We normally meet in La Candelaria (the city’s historical centre) and cover key historical sites, culture, architecture, food etc. As we rely solely on tips to fund this tour, we ask for a minimum of two people per tour.
Private tours cost $50/60,000 per person (minimum group of 2 , cost increasing for groups larger than 4) and go for up to 4 hours. This can be as simple as a walking tour of the city, perhaps see certain sites that you’re interested in, shopping or just going on a food safari and eating a bunch of delicious Colombian grub. We can even explore the night life and hit up some dance-clubs while you learn about Colombian music such as Salsa, Merengue, Champeta etc. I can also act as a translator or coordinator if you’re looking for something more specific.
